Vehicle Number:006

Package Car Suggestions

The Yutong T7 is an excellent choice for Tibet charter tours, with its passenger capacity and luggage carrying capacity tailored to the needs of different groups. Here are the detailed specifications:

I. Passenger Capacity

  1. Standard Production Version: Common configurations include 17-seat and 19-seat models (both including the driver's seat), corresponding to 16 passengers and 18 passengers respectively. Some customized versions offer flexible layouts ranging from 10 to 23 seats, suitable for small premium groups to medium-sized team trips.
  2. Practical Reference for Tibet Charter Services: Considering plateau driving safety and riding comfort, mainstream charter vehicles mostly adopt 17-seat (16 passengers + 1 driver) or 19-seat (18 passengers + 1 driver) models to avoid overloading and cramped space.

II. Luggage Capacity

  1. Official Data: The luggage compartment volume of the regular version is approximately 480L, with slight variations for customized versions or models with different layouts. Roof racks can be installed to expand storage space.
  2. Practical Carrying Reference (Based on 17-seat/19-seat Models):
    • Regular Trips: When each person brings one 20-24 inch suitcase, a 17-seat vehicle can hold 8-10 pieces, and a 19-seat vehicle can hold 10-12 pieces.
    • Long-distance In-depth Tours: If carrying large items such as hiking bags or camera equipment cases, it is recommended to control the total luggage volume. A 17-seat vehicle should hold no more than 8 pieces, and a 19-seat vehicle no more than 10 pieces. Alternatively, 2-4 additional large items can be securely fastened on the roof rack, with proper windproof and fixing measures in place.
  3. Special Adaptations for Tibet: Plateau road conditions are complex. Luggage must be firmly secured to avoid affecting driving safety. It is advisable to prioritize soft-sided or foldable luggage to maximize space utilization.

Supplementary Notes

  • Passenger numbers must strictly comply with local traffic regulations, with no more than the vehicle's approved seating capacity including the driver.
  • Luggage loading should follow the principles of not obstructing rearview mirrors, not occupying emergency exits, and not affecting the vehicle's center of gravity, to ensure safe driving on the plateau.
